Refund and Cancellation

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

A cancellation charge may be deducted depending upon the time of commencement of the request for cancellation and the specific terms and conditions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to hotels and transportation, etc.

The eligibility for refund solely depends upon the respective service provider policies accordingly.

b. Cancellation of the Services by the Platform:

Our Company may cancel or otherwise modify reservations made under Force Majeure conditions, non-compliance with the terms and conditions, or for other unforeseeable reasons.
